The CM Punjab 3 Marla Scheme 2026, also known as “Apni Zameen Apna Ghar”, is a government housing program started under Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif. The aim is to provide free 3 marla residential plots to poor and homeless families in Punjab.
This program
gives land completely free of cost. There are no loans, no installments, and
no hidden charges. It is specially designed for families who cannot afford
to buy land due to rising property prices.

How Selection Is Done
The
selection process is transparent:
- Applications are submitted.

NADRA, land records, banks, and police databases.

the computerized ballot.
- Winners are selected randomly
through digital draw.
- Selected applicants receive SMS
notification.

Attock,
Bahawalnagar, Bahawalpur, Bhakkar, Chiniot, Faisalabad, Gujrat, Jhang, Jhelum,
Kasur, Khushab, Layyah, Lodhran, Mandi Bahauddin, Okara, Rahim Yar Khan,
Rajanpur, Sahiwal, and Vehari.
Future
phases may include Lahore, Multan, Rawalpindi, and Sialkot.
Important Rules
If you
receive a plot:
- Start construction within 6
months.
- Complete construction within 2
years.
- You cannot sell or transfer the
plot for 5 years.
- The plot is only for residential
use.
After 5
years and construction completion, full ownership rights will be granted.
Construction Loan Option
If you get a
plot but cannot build a house, you may apply for an interest-free construction
loan under the Apni Chhat Apna Ghar program.
